Matcha Chia Pudding with Berries and Yogurt

Matcha and Chia Pudding Recipe with Berries

 

INGREDIENTS

For the Matcha Chia Pudding

  • 1-2T chia seeds
  • 1-2t Gotcha Matcha
  • 5 ounces almond or oat milk

 

For The Topping

  • yogurt
  • berries

 

OPTIONAL

  • cinnamon
  • salt
  • vanilla
  • honey or maple syrup
  • a date
  • walnuts

PROCESS

For the Pudding

Combine raw chia seeds with matcha and almond milk. Let soak in the fridge for 1-2 hours. If using spices, flavors, dried fruits or nuts combine them too and the whole mixture soak for a few hours.

The chia will expand and soften, almost like boba or caviar. 

For the Topping

Blend yogurt and berries together either with a fork or in a blended. Add maple syrup or honey for extra sweetness.

This is a very flexible recipe. Add more or less or either ingredient according to taste. 

To Assemble

I like to place a date or walnut at the bottom of the jar and layer the pudding over that leaving room at the top for the berry topping. Add whole berries and more nuts for texture and color.
