  • JOURNALING

This challenge uses journaling to explore the scope of any addictive behaviors you have around sugar. Use any notebook or pad of paper. It need not be new, or unused. For easy writing, choose a journal that opens flat and a pen you love to write with. Keep it simple.

  • Sugar

For these 21 Days, sugar means added refined sugars, the kind found in manufactured foods, pastries, soda and juice. Sugar addictions include a taste for “sweetness” therefor faux sweeteners like sorbitol and aspartame are also the target of this mindful awakening.
